Hi folks,
I was wondering if anyone here has ever dabbled in sampled instruments. I'm talking about hooking up a midi keyboard to your computer and loading up an instrument sample library, be it Halion, Kontakt, Gigastudio, or other formats. If so, does anyone know of an accessible sampler? In particular I'm looking for one that can open any or all of the three formats mentioned above. Any Windows or OSX suggestions are appreciated, I'm just about to pull my hair out in frustration toward the inaccessibility of most samplers out there...
